We design, develop, and support a wide range of products for our clients, including mobile and web-based application design, development, solution architecture, and quality assurance, to promote scalable products that solve the business needs of our clients.
We are searching for User Experience Designers with experience gathering requirements, analyzing client needs/strategy. The candidate must be able to illustrate the requirements, and the methods to achieve them with documentation and designs for functional and non-functional requirements. This serves as the foundation for development task and test cases.
Must be able to clearly communicate in English both verbally and written to interact with team members and clients.
To be successful you need experience:
- 3+ years working as a User Experience Designer
- Superior listening skills required, to have meaningful conversations with clients and internal team. Understand why feedback is important and must be able to find the root cause of concern.
- Ability to work in multiple projects and changing priorities within Scrum/Agile Methodology
- Strong background of core design fundamentals, especially as they relate to digital media
- Portfolio that illustrates your execution of User Experience Design into tangible final products
- Solid understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS, AngularJS, etc.)
- Understanding of mobile first design, and differences between major mobile platform UI components and interactions.
- Effective Communication, and ability to confidently present alternate suggestions to clients
- User journey mapping, site path diagraming, end-user testing methods are a plus
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, Invision, Sketch, Axure or others
- Must be comfortable working in a collaborative environment
- If you have experience working with a globally distributed, cross functional teams, that is a PLUS!
